It’s been a few years since I’ve been part of this wonderful foundation (almost since the beginning) My Name is Claudia Carreon and I became a part of the 9/11Help America Foundation when I had just gotten out of inpatient treatment for TBI at Palo Alto VA Hospital.
Please allow me first of all say THANK YOU. All of you have done a terrific Job by fighting for our Country; what you and your families have done is immeasurable. The aftermath of the service to our Country cannot be reimbursed by any means–there would always be another fight to fight, another challenge to overcome, and another mission to accomplish. I’m sure that just the way you conducted yourself to carry out that mission while in uniform; you will use the same unchanged self-discipline to do what you have to do to continue on now in your own personal living and encounters. It takes special valor to do what you all have done.
