On Sept 24 2015 at Our Monthly dinner at El Cholo Restaurant Jonathan Andrade, one of our combat wounded vets, wife Nicole and their growing family are the latest of our Veterans to receive a donation of a mortgage free home from Military Warriors Support Foundation. Jonathan and family will be receiving keys to their new home in Madera, California on OCT 8th. We don’t want to leave anyone with the impression that we at WHOA had anything to do with the ultimate decision to award the home. We have just been very aggressively suggesting to our vets to apply for one- because of that information and good relationship with MWSF to date at least 10 of out Vets have receives these mortgage free homes. Jonathan and Nicole are the latest. Tonight at our monthly dinner we’re celebrating the wonderful news by giving a $500.00 check to help with the moving expenses.
Information in the VA world is very powerful- Before you can do anything you need to know who is doing what and what is available. There is nothing more stabilizing to a family than to own a home. There are few things better, in financial terms , than to have a home paid for- a mortgage free home. This is only possible because of partnerships with major banks such as Bank of America, Chase and Wells Fargo created by organization such Military Warriors Support Foundation and providing these life changing gifts to our wounded veterans.
