We’ve been thinking about a summertime event, for some time now. We thought – What better way to spend a hot summer day than at the beach? What was just a trial run will end up being our first inaugural annual Day at the Beach event. Everybody loved it
It turned out to be a great day- Our partner in this event was Chris Kelly and crew from Dive N Surf one of the premier scuba and Surf shops in all of California. They made the day possible by providing all the equipment, instructors, and lessons to all our kids (big and small)
We had a well-attended day, with lots of kids, and parents getting a taste of surfing and boogie boarding. We now know where we’re going to be in August 2023 our 2nd Day at the beach event.
A simple idea, in our own backyard, with great friends and neighbors coming together to honor our combat wounded veterans and their families. Sometimes the simple ideas are best!
